About AERGC	English (USA)
The AERGC Forum, an e-mail discussion group, offers a convenient way to communicate with your greenhouse / plant growth facility colleagues. The Forum is a free service provided by the AERGC. Subscribing is easy and the Forum is automatic once you subscribe. Subscription to the forum should not be confused with becoming an AERGC member. Only dues-paying members will receive the quarterly AERGC Newsletter, qualify for reduced registration fees to the Annual Meeting, qualify for grants and receive the annual Membership Directory. The MailMan software maintains a list of subscribers to a specific list (in this case the AERGC Forum). Messages sent to the AERGC address will be distributed automatically to all subscribers to the list. If a subscriber wishes to reply to a message from the AERGC Forum, a reply sent to the AERGC address will be sent to all subscribers on the list. Hence, the AERGC Forum offers a convenient way to communicate with your colleagues who choose to subscribe. The value of the AERGC Forum depends on the contributions sent to it by subscribers. This may include information, questions, answers and discussions on greenhouse systems, growth chambers, pest control, biological controls and greenhouse IPM, equipment, supplemental lighting, management policies, greenhouse environmental control systems, operating tips, current events, greenhouse design, job openings, plant culture, plant and seed exchanges, etc. The AERGC Forum is not moderated, messages are automatically sent out to subscribers soon after they are received at the server. You are encouraged to participate by posting items of interest to your colleagues and by replying to messages from other subscribers. Using AERGC
To post a message to all the list members, send email to aergc@life.uiuc.edu. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to AERGC
Subscribe to AERGC by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
